What people are saying about us..
These are great to have if you have a lot of stress going on in your life. Each one is a different resistance, light, medium or heavy. They are very easy to use and clean. They are very helpful to strengthen your muscles in your hand, wrist and fingers. I have been able to actually do more now that I've been using them. I have a smaller hand, and these are very soft. Great quality.”

|Great for yogis!
These are great for building grip and forearm strength for head and handstands! I keep 1 at my desk and the others at home.”
|Awesome Hand Strengtheners!!
I have fibromyalgia which causes me to have tremendous wrist and hand pain, along with soreness. I purchased these hand exercisers to help me build strength in my hand in hope of getting back to doing yoga. I love them the are not hard to squeeze and the form is perfect for my hands.”

These rings are surprisingly effective for hand therapy. I use them regularly for relieving stiffness in fingers.”

|GREAT!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I bought these for my 23 year old nephew, who had Guilliam Barre Syndrome, which caused him to be completely paralyzed. Its an auto immune disease that attacks the nerves. Its been 2 1/2 years since the onset, and thank God he's getting better slow but sure. The muscles in his hands were not moving along as quickly as we wanted and he didn't like any of the balls or other hand strengtheners that I got for him. I bought these hoping he'd like them, but kind of expecting that he wouldn't because he hasn't liked anything yet for his hands. He just texted me that THEY ARE GREAT!! It is such a relief!! Can't wait to see his progress now that he is exercising his hands regularly. I have a block from Clever Yoga which is great as well. Love their products!!”
|Well designed and comfortable.
This is a well designed and comfortable set of hand grip exercisers. We bought two sets, so as to have three matched pairs of strong, moderate and light strengths. As we watch TV, my wife uses the light strength, me the moderate, and our son the strong. This is an enjoyable way to use them, and they really are helping with our hand strength. A good product.”
|I love these!
I grew up using the old spring ones and I never liked the way they fit in my hand. I wasn't ever a fan of the stress ball grip strengthen ears either.. Before trying this product I hadn't used a grip strengthener device in a long while due to not being satisfied and comfortable with the exercise. Since I received these in the mail they're hard to put down! My young son loves using the light resistance one and is excited about doing it daily and building up to the medium strength one. I love the shape and size of these things! I would say they are more of a fit for a woman or man with little grip strength. These are just perfect and i can't stress how happy I am with this product! I recieved this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review and am so thrilled I am going to purchase a set for my mother at full price! I hope you are as happy with this product as I am!”
|Comfortable and helps a lot!
I was in a car accident a few years ago and had developed tendinitis in my shoulders. I strayed away from doing anything strenuous as I was too afraid to hurt myself. I did not realize how weak it had actually made me until recently. I was excited to receive the Clever Toga Hand Grips so I could work on getting some strength back. These are small enough that I can take them with me where ever I go. They fit nicely in my purse and are nice and light. I can use them whether I am watching TV, waiting in line, or while at work. Because they are made of silicone, they fit comfortably in my hand. They are not uncomfortable to use and do not hurt my hands after a while.”

|It really helps!
I received this product at a discount for my honest and unbiased opinion. I turned 50 and sure am feeling my age these days! I'm stiffer when I get up in the mornings and my fingers swell and get stiff as well. Also, I've worked for the computer industry the last 27 years, so I've been dealing with carpal tunnel for the past 5 years. I received a discount to review this product, so I figured this would be a great situation to put this product to the test! Also, my review is delayed so I could really use the product to let you know if it helped my situation. Please note this review is my honest and unbiased feedback. I rely heavily on reviews when I purchase items, so hope my feedback helps you too.”
|Easy to use.
I'm a fine crafter. Ruined my wrists doing my craft. Also have bad shoulders from participating in racquet sports for a long time. Things got so bad that I stopped doing upper body workouts. About a year ago, I started doing Pilates. Now, I take a class every day. I've worked really hard on strengthening my wrists (shoulders can still bother me.) At this point, I can do all the front planking exercises that I'm asked to do. Side planks are another story. Just finished craft show season. My wrists aren't as good as they were. When I saw the Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers, I wanted to try them. YEARS ago, I used one of the regular "grip strengtheners." It gave me tendinitis in my thumb. You don't realize how much you use that oppositional thumb/index finger. It was a problem. I could see from the way you hold the Yoga Grip Strengtheners it wouldn't be an issue with these. The Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers come three to a package--light, medium and heavy. It's fairly intuitive to understand how to use them. On the card that comes with them, it gives you the website, so you can watch exercise videos. My only disappointment was, that not only are the Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers not listed on the website, that there are no videos for their use. Maybe you can't use them any other way. I'm still using the light one. While I can squeeze the medium one and get the sides to touch, it's difficult. I think I should work my way up to it. Try to use the Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers whenever I glance at them--25 times, each hand.”

|I can open jars again!
After several wrist and shoulder injuries and arthritis, I have been needing to rebuild strength. I was considering purchasing some hand grips when I was offered the opportunity to purchase these at a discount. Even if I had purchased at full price, I would give these a 5 star review. I have small hands, and I am still able to use these comfortably. They are light in weight, but durable. I keep the medium one in my purse to use on breaks at work, or when I am waiting in my car. I use the heavy and light ones at home. There is nothing to pinch your skin like with the old plier style grips. There are indentations for your fingers, but I can't say I take the time to make sure they are lined up. They are flexible, so even I can squeeze the heavy one completely, but even a he-man like my husband ? can feel the muscles work with repetition. I have been using these a few weeks, and I already have noticed an improvement in opening jars. Though they do not come with instructions, you will find positioning your arm in different ways, you will work different muscles groups. The wrist and forearms movements are obvious, but I like to work my triceps by holding my arm straight up and then bending at the elbow until I am flexing the grip behind my shoulder. They can be used as a stress reliever as well. There is no obvious odor, so no lingering smell on your hands.”
|Helping my sore wrist!
I am love, love, loving these!! I purchased these grip strengtheners because I have a very arthritic (self diagnosed) wrist. It's definitely not as strong as my other and I was looking for something not as powerful or strong as your traditional hand strengthener. These are made out of a soft and flexible material that feels like silicone. They are surprisingly very ergonomic and they fit in your hand nicely. I've been using these for a few days now and I haven't gotten a sore palm from using these as I have with others. The three different strengths are great because I want to work my way up to the heavy strength, even though it is still easy to use. Right now my husband brings it with him to work as a stress reliever. I put the light one in my car to use while I'm stuck in traffic and I've been using the medium on a daily basis. I really feel like these have started to help my wrist feel better and has helped me regain some of my strength without being too powerful. My husband says he likes it because it can easily fit into his pocket, although he wishes there was an even stronger option. This is a family run business, which I'm always more than happy to support. Their website is great and offers a few more products that are great for anyone, beginners or experts, who are interested in anything yoga! Overall, I'm really pleased with these. I received these at a discount for my honest and unbiased review.”
|Ergonomic excerciser; easy to use and works your entire hand!
These come in 3 sizes: light (pink) medium (grey) and heavy (black). They are extremely ergonomic and fit easily in your hand. There are "grooves" to guide your fingers into proper placement, and the other side just naturally rests in the palm of your hand. Due to the ovaloid (I know that's not a real word, but it seems to fit), each finger is equally exercised. It is kind of like squeezing a squishy ball the size of a tennis ball. I have the more traditional "V" shaped type with a spring at the top and it doesn't work my hands as symmetrically--it seems to only work my middle two fingers. I can feel (and see) it work the muscles up my forearm to about the elbow, and it is comfortable while doing so (my other exerciser is not). I have been working on my grip for a few years so it is probably stronger than most people's. I am very comfortable with the medium strength, but due to the shape I still find the light one a bit of a work out (I use one in each hand for a bit, then swap hands). I am able to close the heavy one, but my repetition rate goes down quickly, although I aspire to eventually finding this level comfortable as well.”
|Comfortable, Smooth Grips
These Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers Set are very well made. They come in different weights, light, medium and heavy. The grips are soft and smooth in my hand. The round grip is comfortable and easy to use. The circular shape makes it easier to control the resistance. The grips work your fingers, palms, hands and wrists all in conjunction. They are great for strengthening. I have a weak wrist after surgery and my therapist recommended using strengthening grips as exercise. The Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers Set is great since I can determine how heavy I want to use depending on the day and strength in my hand. Each hand has different strength levels. I can also work up in my weak hand from light weight to heavy weight as I gain strength. The comfortable, smooth material does not cause annoying abrasions in my hand like other grips did. They are also easy to fit in my bag for the day. They are also not bad to look at, so I don't feel odd pulling them out to use them. Overall, the quality of the Clever Yoga Hand Grip Strengthener Exercisers Set is great, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to strengthen their hands, grip, etc. They are also good for relaxation and destressing. Please note: I received this product in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.”

|Simple, yet effective solution
The Clever Yoga Hand Grip Stregthener Exercisers come in three different resistances, light, medium and heavy. Each resistance is color coded and labeled for easy recognition. I’m a woman with smaller hands and the exercisers fit nicely in my hand. They have finger indentations on one side to ensure proper grip and positioning. As the exercisers are all one piece there is no pinching possible and durability seems to be very stable. Each is lightweight and easily can be toted about for on-the-go or portable exercising. The material feels very sturdy and although I’ve only used these for about a week, I feel like they’ll hold up to the long haul. I think these items would be good for those who are needing to recover from injuries, those trying to maintain strength or even those trying to improve strength as there are multiple resistances for finding the best fit. I’m very impressed with the quality of these exercisers.”
