Certain yoga poses boost circulation in the pelvic area, increase oxygen levels in the body, make you more focused. Also when you focus on your breathing, you become more in tune with your body and how you feel which can really give your libido a boost.

Downward Facing Dog
Downward Facing Dog is a good pose for boosting your sex drive because it helps to relax and calm your mind while energizing your body. When you’re relaxed and your body feels rejuvenated, it’s all systems go!
Start with your feet hip-width apart and your heels toward the floor. Spread your hands wide at the top of your mat while bringing your tailbone towards the back. Lengthen your spine to make an inverted V-shape with your body.
Relax your neck and shoulders, and hold for five to 10 breaths.
This pose is great for both men and women, but especially for women because it helps to strengthen Kegel muscles. These muscles are the ones that contract during peak sexual excitement.
The cat/cow pose also helps to boost libido in men and women by relieving stress so you can focus on more important things with your partner.
Start on all fours with your shoulders over your hands and your hips over your knees.
Inhale and arch your back like a cat as you draw your belly into your spine. Exhale into cow pose as you drop your belly and raise your heart forward. Flow through this series of poses several times to get the biggest boost.
Upward Facing Bow
Upward Facing Bow is a backbend pose, making it great for energizing the body. It also helps to stimulate the nervous system and release adrenaline. When your body feels invigorated, all aspects of your life get a boost, even your love life.
Start with your feet hip-width distance and close to your glutes. Put your hands along your ears with your index fingers pointed toward your body. Exhale.
Press your hands and feet and lift your hips up. Hold for a couple of breaths before slowly releasing. Repeat this pose several times.
Seated Wide-Angle Forward Bend
If you have a low libido, try this pose to bring more circulation to your pelvic area. The seated wide-angle forward bend gives the inner thigh and groin a deep stretch while giving your hips a wider range of motion.
Sit up straight on your mat. Spread your legs out to either side. Exhale and lengthen your torso forward. See how far down to the floor you can get with each exhalation.
Keep your feet flexed towards your face to get a nice release in your hamstrings. Once you feel a good stretch, stay there for a minute before inhaling and coming back up.
